9. Sign up to be a resident adviser

If you qualify, you can sign up to be a resident adviser at the college dorms and that will make your room and board free of charge! You will be the ones who other students turn to in order to help with disputes, needed repairs, and other things going on in the dorms. Usually you must be a senior to do this, but it depends on the college you are attending.

10. Get a part time job

If you have time and can handle it, get a part time job on or off campus. This can help you to have some spending money, as well as pay for your monthly expenses.
